5 Stars Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow
Gave this game as a gift. Person who has it really like it and has told my family we should get it!

4 Stars Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow
This is a great game for anyone who likes spec-ops. Recommend for adults who like Splinter Cell and not children- this is NOT Halo, and I’m not talking High Altitude Low Open canopy. A game where babysitting is out of the question.

4 Stars YAY…YAY
This game was pretty darn good! Rainbow Six 3 Black Arrow is more than an expansion than a sequel, but with all the new maps and modes, it sure feels like one. The biggest and best thing about this game is its multiplayer aspect. There are like 24 maps to play along with a lot of different game modes. These modes consist of Sharpshooter, Terrorist Hunt, Mission, Survival, Team Survival, and two new modes, Total Conquest and Retrieval. All of these are each very fun, but the new ones are especially enjoyable. They all play very well on the new maps, and it seems that the new modes were planned very well according to the layout of those new maps. The maps are larger than previous Rainbow Six games, but they are all very nice and work well. The Retrieval mode is probably my favorite. It is pretty much one flag capture the flag, except instead of a flag there is a canister. Each time spawns on different ends of the map with the canister in the center. The whole point is to retrieve the canister and bring it to your drop area. When the time ends, whoever has the most scores wins. It is a really addicting game type, and along with Sharpshooter, it is probably my favorite.

Overall, this game is one of the most addicting online player games there has been. It’s fast, it’s fun, and although it can sometimes be challenging, it can keep people playing for hours on end. The graphics are very nice, the online modes are insane, and there are so many maps to choose from its crazy. The graphics could be a bit better, but instead of changing them a lot from Rainbow Six 3, they instead improved the game play, added modes and maps, and made the online experience truly addicting and fun!

4 Stars Tom Clancy.The next
All of the rainbow six games have great play and great multi player. Rainbow Six 3 is one of the best military shooters of all time if you don’t compare it to ghost recon. Black Arrow’s Xbox Live modes are pretty much as good as Rainbows (I won’t go too far into detail). The maps I would say don’t live up to what I was envisioning though. The graphics are better. If you like rainbow six you should buy this because it is great and cheap. The AI has been improved a little but could still use more improvement.

The campaign is a good difficulty until you get the top levels on the hardest mode. Then it is down right HARD. Yet still fun. You can use split screen co-op and live. Which are all pretty cool ones. All are pretty good. On Xbox you can play Team Survival, Retrieval, Total Conquest, Survival, hunt, and missions, which are pretty fun. You really can’t go wrong when buying a Rainbow six game. All of the expansions are amazing. The game features several different modes online that are Team Survival, Survival, Sharpshooter, Retrieval, and Total Conquest. They are all great modes and there are many people that still play this game online. Clans are now a big part of the whole online. One of the better system in the RB63 series online.

I find it hard to be labeled as a sequel when the little improvements make it more so an expansion pack. Although the game is fun. It lacks the certain aspects that could have made it a Great sequel. They could have improved the AI. But the story was great. And I would recommend it for anyone who likes any of the Tom Clancy Games. Don’t rent it for a week. Just go out and fork over 20 bucks and own. And I will see you on Xbox Live.

5 Stars Where did this come from…
I loved this game and there is nothing that was really even close to making it boring in any way. The graphics the AI. I especially love the team control it is so awesome you need to get it at such a nice price to.

5 Stars Great songs, great fun
This has to be the ultimate party game. Endless hours of fun for everyone involved! Except maybe the singer…. perhaps 5 hours of fun for the singer… if they aren’t drinking a lot of water.

4 Stars Welcome to the School of Rock
The interesting thing about the game Rock band is that it manages to be at once a game, an instruction of how to play an instrument on a basic level, and an introduction to new music.

First of all, as a pure game-playing experience it (ahem) rocks. The falling notes are not hard to get used to, the difficulty curve is pretty good, and new techniques are gradually introduced and perfected as the songs increase in difficulty and you as the player bump up to a higher grade of song in pursuit of a great challenge. There is a lot of variety in the songs (despite an over-abundance of songs that I would imagine many would have no desire to sing if they wish to keep their vocal chords intact), and downloadable content in theory gives the game indefinite longevity (as long as you have a limitless wallet).

The average person who isn’t really a gamer, will likely not be this game’s audience despite hopes to contrary of those trying to bridge a generation gap. In other words, despite downloading a couple of Blondie songs and Margaritaville for my parents, the rest of the songs were by and large just too edgy for them (please keep in mind I’m 27, your milage will vary).

While there is some great fun to be had playing single-player, a lot of the downloadable songs have large sections where you will just sit there if you are playing in solo mode. Fortunately all the songs you unlock in solo mode become available for anyone to play in your band, so you don’t have to slave through every single venue and song if there’s just one addict and bunch of casual players.

Presentation-wise the menus, background music, ect is quite nice, but I do wish it would default to the mellower songs in the menus lest my parents get irritated by the MENU music. I also absolutely hate the intro the game. Horrible. The player avatars can be quite amusing as well, but they suffer from the same lack of variety, having most of their outfits suited to extreme hard-rock/punk/grunge bands and almost nothing that a mainstream rock band would be caught dead in. Not that it’s terribly irritating. It would just be nice to have 20 main outfits I would like for a character instead of 3 or 4 (not everyone is into spikes and leather).

If you buy the instrument bundle as I did, you will want to beware of bad instruments, and particularly the guitar. The first one I had broke after a month, the replacement was already broken (the first had a whammy bar break and the second had a bad tilt function). I ended up replacing it with a guitar hero explorer which works perfect and is much more responsive and sturdily built (and much much louder with it’s unceasing clacking). If I had the purchase to make over again, I would bought just the game a good guitar controller, then purchased a drum kit and microphone separately (haven’t had any problem with either of those yet).

The real thing that keeps me coming back to this game is its best and worst feature. The music. A lot of the songs are too edgy even for me, but I have to play them to unlock more songs. Fortunately as I progressed I am finding about 1 in 4 songs I actually enjoy hearing or playing. And the results are a little surprising to me, as songs by bands I had never heard of or didn’t particularly care for grow in my with practice. If you like discovering new music you will likely enjoy this aspect. If your musical taste is decidedly un-rock, you need to steer clear of this game and wait for Pop Band or Country Band to come out (complete with banjo controller!). Personally I went from somewhat disappointed by the songs to enjoying many of them greatly, and the memorization and practice needed to get good as songs I find very enjoyable as well (a sensation familiar to side-scrolling shooter fans and anyone who enjoys music games in general).

This game is fun. But it’s more fun if you find people to join your band. Rock on!

5 Stars Best Fun Game for Rockers
Better than Guitar Hero and more song selections. RockBand gives you the option for Guitar or Bass. I did try the drums and it was good. If you follow YOUTUBE’s instructions on drums, you will get the hang of it. Guitar Hero is a big disappointment for me-why buy another game disk year after year of improvements. It kind of reminds me of microsoft never ending improvements of windows software. I really enjoy Rockband.

5 Stars Best Music Game Out There!
As a former avid fan of the Guitar Hero series, I was skeptical when my friends told me about Rock Band. I thought it would just be a rip off of GH. Rock Band is serious fun, especially for a group, and with all the downloadable content that’s available and the ability to export the songs into Rock Band 2, this is the game to have!

5 Stars Rock Band plays FOB Hammer
This game is in constant use here on the FOB lots of fun for the players and spectaters. Great music…

5 Stars FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!!
I bought this game as a family gift for my daughter, her husband and their 11 year old son. They LOVE it!! My grandson plays the drums and his mom sings and dad plays the guitar. It’s great! We also got the Rock Band II addition so they will have plenty to keep them rockin’!!Xbox 360 Rock Band Special Edition

4 Stars Rock Band Rocks
I bought this for my 3 grandsons for Christmas. They haven’t stopped playing since. Anyone visiting seems to be drawn to the game. It doesn’t have any age limits. This game rocks!

4 Stars BA MOM
I bought this for my teenage son for Christmas! He loved it!

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews on it. But I know they have played at least 30hrs on the game ALREADY! We have had no problems with any of the equipment. My Husband has played guitar for over 25 yrs and even he really like the game!

It was delivered fast also, I think in 2 days!

1 Star Parents – avoid this game
Problems with bringing this into you house:

The drums are incredibly noisey.

Fighting – about who gets what toy to play, and whose fault it is that they lost, and whose better than whom.

The junk is not build to handle excited, abusive play. It breaks easily.

Every kid that gets remotely good at this thinks they are on their way to real-life rock stardom. No kidding.

That being said it is fairly fun for adults to play, but it’s a novelty and it will be a pile of junk collecting dust soon enough.

5 Stars Fast Delivery
We bought this as a Christmas gift for our son. Excellent price, free shipping and fast delivery. We have not opened yet but the box is in great condition! We’ve played this at other family members houses. A

lot of fun even for moms and dads. Parents-expect to be laughed at.:)
